- Custom-made and bespoke items may require additional processing time. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time when placing your order.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for select locations. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM local time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over AED 5,000 within the UAE. This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can also track your order through our website under "Order History."
6. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
