- Custom-made and bespoke items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made and bespoke furniture.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
3. Return Process:

- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning non-defective items.
- If the return is due to a defect or damage, 7 Artis will cover the return shipping costs.
